Job Summary:
The Telesales Assistant will support our commercial and freight forwarding teams by reaching out to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our shipping and logistics services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote DP World's shipping and freight forwarding services.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant service offerings accordingly.
- Generate and quality leads to build a pipeline for the sales team.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and existing leads.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team where necessary.
- Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
- Support in the preparation of sales reports and campaign summaries.
