About the Job

The Telesales Consultant is responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team. The role focuses on converting inbound and outbound leads into genuine prospects while delivering a professional customer experience aligned with real estate sales standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through portals, campaigns, and databases.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts
  • Handle inbound inquiries from property portals, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline, and buying intent.
  • Present real estate projects clearly over calls and WhatsApp communication.
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and improve conversion ratios.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with sales advisors to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Address client queries related to pricing, availability, and basic documentation.
  • Adhere to company communication standards and RERA compliance guidelines.

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening ability
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Good follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability to handle objections professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2 4 years of experience in telesales, real estate sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered
