Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

In this role, you'll represent Altara Social and Prime HR Advisory, offering in-demand services that help businesses grow through social media marketing, HR solutions, and recruitment support.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers 
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries 
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly 
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records 
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales 
  • Handle customer objections professionally and effectively 
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Currently based in Dubai, UAE
  • Fluent in English with a clear, professional communication style
  • French, German and Russian speakers are highly encouraged
  • Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive
  • Professional, confident, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing services is a plus
