Telesales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. They will focus on building strong customer relationships, providing support, and promoting the company's logistics and supply chain solutions. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure successful client interactions and deal closures.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with potential and existing clients
• Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in Customer Support, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other related software is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages, both written and spoken, is highly preferred
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related industry is a plus
