Telesales Executive

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Telesales Representatives to join a fast-growing team in Dubai. If you have strong tele sales experience, multilingual skills, and the hunger to perform in a high-volume calling environmentthis one's for you.

Role: Telesales Representative

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: AED 6,000 7,000

Language Requirements: English plus one or more of the following languages is required:

Chinese, German, Russian, French, Farsi, Turkish, Italian

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using a defined calling script
• Stay updated on product knowledge, offerings, and promotions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
• Maintain a strong customer-centric approach
• Adhere strictly to company policies, attendance, and dress code

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling
• Experience in high-volume outbound calling is mandatory
• Preferred backgrounds:

Real Estate, DU / Telecom, Financial or Investment Sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts
