We are currently recruiting for a Insurance Telesales Executive role for our client who is a leading Insurance Company for their Dubai office.
We are seeking a high-performing Telesales Executive with strong experience in insurance sales, customer engagement, and policy advisory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, guiding customers through insurance products, and achieving sales targets through proactive outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance policies aligned with their requirements.
- Clearly explain policy features, terms, premiums, exclusions, and benefits in a professional and compliant manner.
- Address customer objections and provide accurate information regarding insurance offerings.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General Insurance, etc.).
- Convert leads into successful policy sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with application procedures, documentation, and policy issuance.
Requirements:
- 25 years of Telesales experience of Insurance Products.
- Strong background in Insurance industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling Life, Health, Motor, or General Insurance is highly desirable.
- Salary of 5,000 + Commissions
