Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in premium property sales and leasing. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and properties.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads with relevant information.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of (2) years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
