Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate services and properties.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Maintain and update a database of leads with relevant information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of (2) years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
