Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead, located in Alexandria. The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities. The Sales Lead will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

The Ideal Talent for this position should have proven extensive experience in Services Sales Management, more than products sales management, and have a clear, good & Professional Sales Learning Track that can be checked.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective salestelesales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to maximize performance and ensure professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align salestelesales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular salestelesales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, products, and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in salestelesales management, preferably within the training sector or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing telesales teams.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the education and technology industries or similar industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRMs software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Full fluency in English.
