  • Job Profile: Tele-sales Executive / Property Consultant

We are looking to expand its Sales team by adding up resources who understand and satisfy customers needs, resolves their issues promptly, and consistently delivers a positive customer experience. The Sales Manager would be expected to build long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients, always striving to find the products that best fit individual clients specific needs.
  • Job Responsibilities:
Relevant Real Estate sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales and/or account management organization
  • Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnership and year over year revenue growth based on Tele-calling experience, interaction with the clients and closing / broking / negotiating deals over the calls
Building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with the Real Estate Brokers, Freelance Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billing
  • Ability to work across cross-functional team to drive results with external and internal stakeholders
Supporting clients and assisting them with the paperwork whenever necessary
  • The Profile we are looking for:
Fluency in English, French and Arabic is a must
Strong prior experience in Real Estate Tele Sales, client interactions and consumer sourcing Target oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the salary itself
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a top-notch level
  • Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred
Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same
  • We require a candidate having a minimum of college degree to begin with
