Telesales Representative

4Level1 provides comprehensive English Language Programs for both adults and young adults, tailored to meet international CEFR standards. Our courses are designed to enhance practical communication skills across all language areas, focusing on real-world interactions to prepare students for academic, professional, and social success. We offer a mix of online and face-to-face classes, catering to students across the Middle East remotely, with in-person classes held in Riyadh.

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include contacting potential clients to introduce and promote the organization's language programs, identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and closing sales. Additional tasks involve managing customer inquiries, providing support, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in Training or educational program sales is a plus
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market is an advantage
