Telesales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will engage with potential and existing customers, promote company products or services, provide exceptional customer support, and achieve sales targets. Additional tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and participating in training to improve sales and communication capabilities.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in providing Customer Support and addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Demonstrated Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Willingness and ability to participate in Training opportunities for skill enhancement and professional development.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills is highly desirable.
