Telesales Representative

WE'RE HIRING | TELECALLING AGENT – REAL ESTATE

IND Global Realty is a Dubai-based real estate advisory and property consultancy that supports investors, homebuyers, and businesses in navigating the UAE property market.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Understand client requirements and introduce suitable properties.
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings.
• Maintain call and lead records.
• Achieve daily call and meeting targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.

Requirements:

• 6 months–1 year experience in telecalling/telesales preferred.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.
• Business Development Experience is Preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in multiple languages is preferred.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
