Role Description The Telesales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This position is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing institutional clients, introducing NextEra Education's solutions, and understanding their learning needs. The role includes qualifying leads, presenting product features and benefits, handling objections, and following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The Telesales Representative will update and maintain CRM records, prepare basic sales reports, and coordinate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves achieving individual sales targets, adhering to call quality standards, and continuously improving product and market knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and communicate clearly and professionally over the phone.
  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in education, technology, or related sectors.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, call tools, and basic office software to track leads and document interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and priorities throughout the day.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance targets.
  • Basic understanding of educational technology or interest in learning about digital solutions for schools and universities.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is an advantage; equivalent experience in telesales will also be considered.
