Job Description

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Representatives with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls and follow up on incoming leads.
• Present real estate projects, available units, and investment opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange client meetings and property visits.
• Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.
  
  

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate telesales or sales is a must.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
