Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will focus on generating sales through outbound calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting product or service benefits, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role involves providing excellent customer service, staying up to date on the company's offerings, and participating in ongoing training to remain proficient in sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Customer Service and Customer Support experience to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Aptitude for learning and implementing new Training and development programs to enhance performance
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic technological tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in the technology or enterprise solutions industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
