Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Specialist (2 years minimum) to join our team in Heliopolis. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential and existing clients to promote our services, handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and retain clients
  • Experience in Customer Support to address client concerns and provide solutions
  • Ability to provide Training to customers on products or services as needed
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services
  • Handle customer objections professionally
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
  • Update customer data on CRM systems
  • Provide accurate information about products and offers
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills (CRM is a plus)
  • Good English (preferred)
