Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients via phone, presenting and promoting the company's real estate projects, and responding to customer inquiries. The role involves identifying potential leads, maintaining a database of prospects, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively build rapport and address client needs
  • Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Proven Sales skills and a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to adapt quickly to Training and learn best practices, tools, and product knowledge
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems is preferred
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Prior experience in telesales, real estate, or a customer-oriented role is an advantage
