Job Summary
Responsible for converting leads into medical service subscriptions through telesales calls and chat, handling objections, updating CRM, and following up to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle telesales calls to convert leads into active medical service subscriptions
- Manage chat interactions within the acquisition queue and drive conversion
- Clearly present service options and guide users toward subscription decisions
- Update CRM/database with accurate call outcomes, user status, and key insights
- Ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversion from leads to subscribers
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and chat platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication skills in Arabic (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical background is an advantage
