Job Summary

Responsible for converting leads into medical service subscriptions through telesales calls and chat, handling objections, updating CRM, and following up to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle telesales calls to convert leads into active medical service subscriptions
  • Manage chat interactions within the acquisition queue and drive conversion
  • Clearly present service options and guide users toward subscription decisions
  • Update CRM/database with accurate call outcomes, user status, and key insights
  • Ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversion from leads to subscribers

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent communication skills in Arabic (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical background is an advantage
  • (Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, Science, or related fields)
