Role Description The Telesales Specialist (Arabic) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to present Guide Academy's training and recruitment services, qualify leads, and convert prospects into participants or clients. The Telesales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional, supportive tone in Arabic and, when required, in English. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, updating CRM records, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment and client onboarding. The role also includes gathering feedback from prospects and clients, identifying opportunities to improve service, and supporting promotional campaigns or information sessions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills in Arabic (spoken and written) and working proficiency in English, with the ability to explain services clearly and handle calls professionally.
- Proven Sales and telesales experience, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships over the phone.
- Ability to guide potential learners or candidates through Training options and offerings, aligning recommendations with their goals.
- Familiarity with CRM or call management systems and basic reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.
- Previous experience in education, recruitment, or training services is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
