Job Title: Telesales Specialist - Commercial Acquisition

Term: 12 months

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

As a Telesales Specialist Commercial Acquisition, your will drive revenue growth by effectively promoting the relevant products and solutions to prospective and existing clients through remote sales channels. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and delivering tailored value propositions that align with client needs. You will play a key role in expanding market presence by managing inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through phone-based selling, lead generation, and pipeline management
  • Serve as a vital link between our product, marketing, and account management teams, ensuring clients receive timely information and accurate product guidance
  • Manage seamless onboarding experience that supports business mission to advance digital payments and financial inclusion in the region
  • Awareness of key industry players, regional partnerships, and market opportunities relevant to the ecosystem

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Strong ability to sell over the phone, influence decision-makers, handle objections, and close deals effectively
  • Understanding of payment product suite (cards, digital payments, merchant solutions) and how they address client needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients over the phone
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Mandatory Skills:


  • A passion to sell financial or digital payment products over the phone and meeting sales targets
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving queries quickly, and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills:


  • Prior experience with financial institutions, fintech's, or large merchants in a sales capacity
  • Familiarity with local payment networks (e.g., Mada), fintech trends, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Central Bank of the UAE)
