Role Overview:
Converted is hiring a proactive and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, delivering effective product pitches, and generating qualified leads for our marketing technology solutions. You will act as the first point of contact with prospects, helping them understand the value of our tools, platforms, and services and convert them into successful sales or appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
- Introduce and explain the company's solutions, services, and value proposition.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer pain points and recommend the right solutions.
- Build rapport and drive engagement to maximize conversion rates.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads through multiple touchpoints (calls, WhatsApp, emails) to ensure consistent communication.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handover of closed deals.
- Handle objections and provide clear, compelling responses to secure a positive outcome.
- Ensure all communication aligns with company standards, tone, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Telesales, inside sales, customer outreach, or call center sales (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or Mar-Tech).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable making multiple calls per day.
