This is a full-time on-site position for a Telesales Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential customers via phone, understanding their needs, presenting relevant products or services, and closing sales. The role also involves providing excellent customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist may participate in training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist and resolve client needs
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with customers and convey information clearly
• Sales expertise to engage potential clients, present solutions persuasively, and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ability to handle high-volume phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills is a plus
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage
