Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals. Your ability to effectively communicate in English (C1 level) and previous sales experience will be key assets in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

Build rapport with potential customers and understand their needs.

Present and explain our products/services to potential clients.

Overcome objections and close sales deals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

Previous telesales or sales experience.

Fluent in English (C1 level).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.

Previous call center experience.
