Job Objective
The primary goal of this role is to act as the first point of contact for potential customers generated through marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for rapidly engaging leads, gathering critical business data .Your ultimate mission is to hand over fully qualified, sales-ready leads to the sales team, accompanied by a clear and concise summary that accelerates the closing process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Rapid Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Initiate communication with new leads within 5–15 minutes of their arrival.
- Engage with prospects via multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct qualification calls using a standardized and approved questionnaire.
- Gather essential company data, including business activity, company size, number of branches, and potential system users.
- Identify the prospect's current software/system and uncover their key operational and financial pain points.
- Determine the specific modules and solutions required by the client.
- Ascertain the client's estimated budget and decision-making timeline.
- Identify the primary decision-maker and other key influencers involved in the purchase process.
- Classify leads into the following categories: Qualified, Disqualified, Needs Follow-up, or Unreachable.
2. Data Management & CRM Hygiene
- Accurately log all client data, call notes, communication records, and contact stages into the company CRM system.
- Follow up with non-responsive leads according to a specified engagement sequence.
3. Sales Handover & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with the relevant Account Executive/Sales Manager.
- Prepare and send a clear, detailed qualification summary to the sales team prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Confirm meeting appointments to minimize no-shows and ensure a smooth handover.
4. Lead Nurturing & Feedback
- Re-route non-ready leads back into the marketing nurture track for future follow-up.
- Accurately document and record the reasons for disqualification or rejection.
- Provide qualitative feedback on lead quality to the Marketing team to help refine targeting strategies and campaign effectiveness.
5. Reporting & KPIs
- Prepare weekly reports detailing lead volume, quality scores, lead sources, and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Lead Generation, SDR, Telesales, or Inside Sales). Experience in the software/ERP industry is a strong plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to handle initial objections over the phone without engaging in detailed sales negotiations. Excellent active listening and questioning skills.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear software requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills for preparing detailed client briefs and professional follow-up emails.
- Professionalism: A strong sense of urgency, commitment to speed of response, and meticulous attention to data accuracy.
