WE ARE HIRING | TELESALES EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE

OIA Properties is looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients

• Generate and follow up on leads to identify sales opportunities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of leads and client follow-ups

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements:

• Previous telesales experience in UAE real estate is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated

• Professional telephone manner

• Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage

• Immediate joiners are preferred
