Job Description:

3S Real Estate is seeking a motivated and confidentTelesales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Dubai property market and a strong ability to engage and convert leads over the phone. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients
• Promote and explain company listings and off-plan projects
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and support overall sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum6 months 1 year experiencein Dubai real estate telesales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and comfortable with high-volume calling
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
