Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for confident and results-driven Tele-Sales Executives who are fluent in Arabic or Hindi to support our sales team by contacting leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments. This role is ideal for candidates who are target-oriented and comfortable with high-volume calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to assigned leads and databases
  • Qualify prospects and understand their requirements
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups on CRM
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and booking targets
  • Follow approved sales scripts while maintaining a professional approach

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic or Hindi (English is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in tele-sales, call center, or sales support
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho is an advantage)
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
