Hiring: Tele-Sales Specialist (Real Estate Leads)

We are looking for a motivated Tele-Sales Specialist to handle incoming real estate leads and convert them into bookings and deals.

What You'll Do:

Follow up on inbound leads (fresh + qualified)

Reach out to potential clients professionally

Qualify leads and book appointments

Coordinate with marketing & sales teams

Maintain CRM records and update daily

Whom We're Looking For:

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Positive, energetic, target-driven mindset

Previous tele-sales or call center experience (real estate a plus)

Results-oriented with ability to close leads

Salary & Incentives:

AED 3,000 – 4,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Monthly performance incentives on conversions & deals

Bonus for exceeding targets
