- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain client database and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth client communication and scheduling.
- Provide accurate information about treatments, offers, and clinic services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience intele sales or customer service, preferably within anaesthetic clinic or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
