Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Dubai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The role involves managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and continually improving selling strategies. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will work closely with the sales and support team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications

• MUST SPEAK BENGALI
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships and resolve inquiries
• Exceptional Communication skills, with clear, professional verbal and written interaction abilities
• Proven Sales expertise, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, and convert leads into customers
• Willingness to participate in and apply product knowledge gained through Training
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
