Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in New Cairo. The Telesales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce Urbnlanes projects, and clearly explain property features, pricing, and payment plans. The role includes qualifying leads, understanding client needs and budgets, and recommending suitable units or offerings. The specialist will update and maintain customer records in the CRM system, schedule site visits or meetings, and follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel. Daily tasks also include collaborating with the sales team, sharing market feedback, and meeting or exceeding call, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Ability to understand client needs, present solutions clearly, and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, call tracking tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets, managing time effectively, and handling a high volume of calls.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric attitude in all interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in New Cairo and adapt to changing market or client needs.
