Hiring: Real Estate Telesales Specialist

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Salary: Up to 4000 per month

We are looking for a confident, motivated Telesales Specialist to generate resale and rental leads, identify listing opportunities, and support our property consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
• Handle inbound enquiries about properties for sale and rent.
• Contact owners to secure new resale and rental listings.
• Confirm property availability, asking prices, rental rates, and listing details.
• Understand clients budgets, preferred communities, property requirements, and timelines.
• Qualify leads and coordinate appointments and property viewings with agents.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Stay informed about assigned communities, available properties, and market trends.
• Meet daily calling, lead generation, and listing targets.

Requirements:

• Previous telesales or customer service experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
• Basic computer and CRM skills.
• Own visa preferred.
