Job Description

Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter / Telesales Specialist (Remote – Egypt)

Location:

Remote (Egypt)

Must be available to work North American hours (EST/PST)

About the Role

We're looking for a confident and driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter / Telesales Specialist to join our team.

Your role is simple: start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Directors).

If you're comfortable on the phone, can handle objections, and know how to keep a conversation moving — this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
  • Pitch our services clearly and confidently
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities
  • Book meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Handle objections and push conversations forward
  • Update CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • Hit daily/weekly targets (calls, connects, meetings booked)

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in cold calling / telesales / appointment setting
  • Strong English communication (clear, confident, professional)
  • Comfortable speaking with US & Canadian clients
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Reliable internet + quiet work setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience in BPO / outsourcing / recruitment / SaaS
  • Experience calling North America
  • LinkedIn outreach experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead

KPIs / Targets

  • Calls per day
  • Conversations per day
  • Meetings booked per week
  • Show-up rate

Compensation

  • Base salary (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses (per meeting booked / per deal closed)
