Job Title: Telesales Team Lead
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and inspiring Telesales Team Lead to build, guide, and manage our foundational sales team in Egypt. You will be a player-coach, responsible for driving your team to achieve ambitious sales targets while embodying our customer-centric approach. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in launching a market and shaping the sales culture from the ground up.
What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Telesales representatives to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive team performance through regular monitoring, feedback, and hands-on training.
- Develop and refine sales strategies and scripts tailored to the Egyptian market.
- Champion the use of our CRM system for accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Act as a senior sales expert, handling key customer conversations and ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in telesales/inside sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Leadership: A proven ability to inspire a team and foster a high-performance, positive sales culture.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM systems, and consultative selling.
- Language: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic is a major advantage.
- Bonus: Experience in the EdTech, education, or e-learning industry is highly preferred.
