About the job

Job Responsibilities:

Set clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for the team.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Set a monthly Plan To ensure maximum conversion rate for the received data.

Translate sales strategies into actionable plans and targets for the sales team.

Led and motivated a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in prospecting, negotiations, and deal closure

Assisting with selling our products and services and assisting to maximize sales.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, call quality, achieved targets, and performance.

Follow up on the team's pipeline to be clear in the right stage and feedback notes on CRM.

Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward targets.

Monitor call quality to increase sales performance through coaching

Monitor and evaluate sales performance daily through activities.

Conduct regular performance evaluations through call quality checking and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Communicate sales goals, targets, and performance expectations to the team, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Facilitate regular team meetings, sharing best practices, and encouraging knowledge sharing.

Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify bottlenecks, challenges, or areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to enhance marketing strategies, product offerings, and sales enablement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry best practices, sales trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development to enhance the sales team's skills and performance.

Job Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in education/training services, EdTech, or B2C sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing teams.

Ability to motivate, train, and mentor a team.

Expertise in pipeline management, CRM systems (Odoo/Zoho), and data-driven decision-making.

Strong negotiation skills to work with C-level executives and business owners.

  • Familiarity with sales analytics to monitor KPIs (conversion rates, call quality, etc.).
