What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing cash and cheque transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and remittances with accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensuring zero cash shortages or overages and maintaining proper cash balancing at the end of day.
  • Acting as joint custodian of till cash and ensuring dualcustody procedures are followed.
  • Complying with operating procedures, central bank guidelines, AML regulations, and all internal policies.
  • Supporting branch administrative tasks with precision and adhering to all handover/takeover procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while upholding the bank's values and code of conduct.
  • Assisting as Branch Operations Representative or Head Teller when required.
  • Participating in business continuity training and following required protocols in the event of disruptions.
  • Continuously enhancing your knowledge and contributing to efficient branch operations
