Job Purpose

To provide efficient teller services, process customer transactions accurately, ensure compliance with bank policies, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions, and loan payments accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
• Reconcile cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational controls, AML, and KYC requirements.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• High School/Secondary School education.
• 1 to 2 years of banking, customer service, or cash-handling experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• UAE Nationals preferred.
