Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

• Source warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, forklift operators, storekeepers) and drivers (light vehicle, heavy vehicle, motorbike riders)
• Build and manage sourcing channels: placement agencies, ITIs, driving schools, job boards, referrals and community networks
• Plan and run walk-in drives and recruitment camps in key sourcing states

Screening and selection

• Screen for role fit, experience, physical requirements and document readiness
• Coordinate trade tests, driving assessments and client interviews
• Verify licences, experience claims and identity documents

Documentation and deployment

• Manage offer, visa and deployment paperwork with the mobility and HR operations teams
• Handle emigration requirements, including eMigrate processing where applicable
• Track candidates from selection to arrival and reduce drop-offs at each stage

Compliance and reporting

• Run a zero-fee, ethical recruitment process with no charges to workers
• Maintain a live tracker of pipeline, selections, deployments and drop-offs
• Report weekly on fill rate, time to deploy and cost per hire
