Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to join our team for a 3-month contract. This role is vital in supporting our immediate recruitment needs for various positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment and a strong ability to connect with potential candidates and understand their fit within our company culture.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating closely with department heads to fulfill hiring needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs and provide guidance on best practices for hiring
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and any challenges faced during the process
- Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand and promote Kaizen as an attractive workplace
Requirements
Key skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or asset management sector
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in recruitment processes
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS and HR software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing hiring needs
