Job Title: Tenant Acquisition Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reporting To: COO
We are seeking a commercially driven Tenant Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing and onboarding of food & beverage brands across our growing UAE portfolio of community destinations. This includes food trucks, cafs, QSR operators, modular retail hubs, and petrol station retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and secure high-quality F&B tenants.
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships with local and international operators.
- Manage the full tenant acquisition cycle: outreach, negotiation, and lease execution.
- Curate tenant mixes to maximize footfall and business success.
- Monitor F&B trends and provide market insights for expansion opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- 710+ years in F&B or retail tenant acquisition, leasing, or business development.
- Strong UAE F&B network and experience with food truck parks, malls, or petrol station retail.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial instincts.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about hospitality and emerging brands.
