Ajman Retail F.Z.E is seeking an experienced Tenant Relations Manager to build strong tenant partnerships, ensure high satisfaction levels, and act as the strategic interface between tenants and Ajman Retail management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop tenant engagement, retention, and satisfaction frameworks.
- Act as the voice of tenants within Ajman Retail leadership.
- Identify systemic tenant challenges and recommend operational improvements.
- Support tenant business continuity and performance.
- Provide management with insights on tenant trends and needs.
- Support tenant retention and lease renewal efforts in coordination with the Leasing team.
Operational Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for all tenants.
- Manage the tenant onboarding process, including inductions, guidelines, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate tenant fit-out activities in collaboration with Operations.
- Receive, log, track, and resolve tenant complaints and service requests.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tenant issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and tenant check-ins.
- Organize and facilitate tenant meetings, forums, and engagement sessions.
- Coordinate with Marketing for tenant promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain comprehensive tenant records, correspondence, and service logs.
- Prepare tenant satisfaction reports and service performance summaries.
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk tenant issues to senior management with recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 710 years of experience in tenant relations or property management.
- Experience in retail and shopping mall environments is highly preferred.
