Develop winning bid strategies aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate commercial viability, pricing, and profitability of tender opportunities.
Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
Proposal Development
Direct the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and tender specifications.
Review final submissions to maintain quality and accuracy.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Estimation, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HSE, and Technical teams.
Facilitate effective communication to ensure timely completion of tender deliverables.
Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Represent the company during pre-bid meetings, presentations, and clarification sessions.
Promote a professional image throughout the bidding process.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the Tender Department team.
Allocate resources, monitor workloads, and ensure high levels of productivity.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & Governance
Establish and maintain tendering procedures, templates, and document control systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Prepare tender performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate tender records and documentation.
Drive adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the tendering process.

Information Security responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in Project Management or Tender/Contract Management is preferred.
Knowledge of UAE tendering procedures and contract administration.
Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or commercial management within the landscaping, construction, or facilities management industry.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role leading tender or bid management functions.
