Job Title: Tender Engineer
We are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our team and support the preparation, submission, and coordination of tenders for various projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in tendering and strong technical background in mechanical engineering.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals in line with client requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to collect required data.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.
- Follow up on tender clarifications, addendums, and client communications.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Maintain an updated database for suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing references.
Requirements
- Candidates from Alexandria
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of experience in tendering (technical & commercial submission)
- Graduation years: 2022 2024
- Strong analytical and technical reporting skills
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ready to relocate if required
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
