Responsibilities

· Tender Documents Study: Scope of Work, BOQ, URS, Specifications & Drawings.

· Prepare and revise the technical clarification sent to the client based on the Client's budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies.

· Preparation of the Proposal Tender Files Technically.

· Direct and indirect cost Estimation based on Technical and Commercial cost assessment.

· Direct study and preparation of profit and loss report. Prepare technical offers or vendor list offers.

· Coordinate with the equipment in charge to prepare a list of equipment to be submitted with the tender documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Ability to read and understand designs and schematics

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

· Strong understanding of calculations & mathematics for MEP.

· Experience from 1 to 2 years.
