Tendering Engineer

The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on tender and bid proposals while ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and financial requirements. Daily tasks will include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams for cost estimation, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Heliopolis.

• Strong technical knowledge relating to tender processes, cost estimation, and bid preparation
• Proficient in document preparation, technical analysis, and proposal writing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the facilities management or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and any tendering or project management software
