We are looking for a qualified Tendering Engineer/QS Engineer based in Dubai. Immediate Joiner required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, quotations, and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams for accurate tender pricing.
- Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in quantity take-off and cost evaluation during the tender stage.
- Analyze project requirements, identify risks, exclusions, and clarifications.
- Prepare tender comparison sheets, pricing summaries, and submission documents.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted within the required deadline.
- Coordinate with clients/consultants for tender clarifications and additional requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders and update tender status reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in tendering/estimation within the UAE construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tender submissions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimation or tendering software; familiarity with reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines.
