Job Description

Join our Energy Management Business Unit as a Tendering Engineer and help shape winning solutions for our customers. You'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing competitive commercial offers, and supporting strategic bids that drive business growth while delivering value to our customers.

What will you do

  • Manage the tendering process for customer opportunities, from RFQ analysis to final proposal submission
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial offers in line with customer requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive and compliant bid solutions
  • Analyze customer specifications and identify the best technical and commercial approach
  • Assess commercial risks and support the development of winning bid strategies
  • Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals while maintaining compliance with internal processes and standards

What qualifications will make you successful

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

5 years of experience in Tendering, Bid Management, Proposal Engineering, or a related field

Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent command of the English language

Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and commercial thinking

Ability to prioritize multiple opportunities while maintaining high-quality deliverables
