Job Description

  • Strong experience in cost estimation and preparing project BOQs & quotations
  • Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately
  • Experience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Solid knowledge of pricing, cost control, and market rates
  • Ability to prepare technical and financial proposals
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Experience: 5-10 years in estimation/tendering within construction companies (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, pricing, and cost estimation
  • Ability to read and analyze drawings and specifications accurately
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
