Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing the Tendering Department, ensuring timely and accurate submission of technical and commercial proposals.

- Reviewing project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and RFP documents across Architectural, Civil, and MEP scopes.

- Coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Planning, and Operations teams to prepare competitive bids.

- Developing tender strategies, cost estimates, value engineering proposals, and bid clarifications.

- Negotiating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

- Ensuring compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and industry best practices.

- Leading post-tender negotiations and handover to project execution teams.

- Preparing tender pipelines, forecasting, and performance reports for management.

Requirements for this position include:

- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

- 7+ years of experience in tendering for Fit-Out and Civil Works projects.

- Strong technical understanding of all related disciplines: Architectural, Civil, and MEP.

- Proven leadership experience managing tendering teams and high-value bids.

- Excellent command of cost estimation, commercial terms, and contract conditions (FIDIC preferred).
