Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Tendering Manager. The Tendering Manager will oversee and manage tendering processes for various projects. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, coordinating with procurement and sales teams, analyzing project requirements, and developing competitive proposals. The role requires close collaboration with project management and procurement teams to ensure tender completeness, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Tender Preparation
- Proficiency in Procurement and Sales processes
- Experience in Project Management for construction or related projects
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the construction industry in Egypt is a plus
